Delivery information
Please note:
We process orders Monday - Friday only as we are closed at weekends. We endeavour to despatch within 3 days. Due to work commitments we sometimes take longer but we will contact you if this is the case.
Orders are not processed or despatched on weekends or public holidays.
We use the Royal Mail. Delivery timings are estimated and based on the shipping date not the order date and do not include weekends or public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to the delivery network having issues beyond our control.
🇬🇧 UK customers:
When you place your order you have a choice of three delivery options:
- £3.50 Standard shipping takes approx 4 working days from shipping date (standard Royal Mail second classs)
- £4.50 Faster shipping takes approx 2 working days from shipping date (recorded Royal Mail service)
- £8 Royal Mail Special Delivery (excluding Northern Ireland & remote areas)

Once your order is shipped you'll get an email from Militaria Matters (please check your junk mail).
EU & International customers
✉️ International Royal Mail takes longer – it can be anything from 7 - 20 days. You'll receive a tracking number where available.
We do not make a profit on delivery and, in fact, make a small loss in order to keep our prices consistent and competitive for everyone.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
** You are liable for ANY custom or duties payable for delivery in your home country. This is stated at checkout when you choose international delivery.
** We cannot accurately quote for every delivery destination so, for some locations we have used the most popular cities in order to give a rough idea of delivery cost. If you live in an area which is more expensive than our quoted rate then we'll contact you so you can pay the difference before shipping.
